I went to SS15 Station One Coffee House (near Taylors College) tonight for dinner with a friend of mine. When we sat on a table, there was no service at all for more than 5 minutes. We just sat there like we didnt exist at all. The waiters and waitresses didnt even notice us. We were about to leave already but then I manually call one of the waiters and finally, we have a menu to look at. Some of the waiters and waitresses were free chatting and didnt even notice us. What kind of service is this?!? This is very very poor service despite so many customers there. We ordered some food, ate, then left. We will never step foot into this coffee house again or any other branches. Quality of service is unbearably poor and bad.
